Restorative Spine Surgery is the surgical component of  "Restorative
Spine Care" which focuses on restoring function to the highest degree
possible in a manner designed to not create additional problems, which 
can be worse than the original disease process.  The surgical component
is reconstructive in that it uses the patient's own tissue (i.e. autologous
bone, bone marrow, and other tissues to rebuild the spine aided by MRI
friendly posterior interbody stabilization devices.)
